Ao contrário do exercício no solo este exercício é indicado para praticantes mais avançados, pois muitos iniciantes teriam dificuldade para se manter suspensos na barra durante o exercício.
Execução: Segurar a barra com as duas mãos, depois levantar as pernas até estas estarem quase paralelas ao solo e depois retornar à posição inicial, repetindo o processo pelo número de vezes estipulada.
Dica: Tentar realizar o exercício de maneira controlada para que o corpo não fique se balançando e atrapalhando o foco do exercício, que é o trabalho da musculatura abdominal.

Este exercício é uma boa opção para conseguir um bom trabalho nos músculos abdominais quando bem executado, porém é necessário maiores níveis de força de quem for realizá-lo.
Execução: Sentar em um banco plano, apoiar bem o quadril neste, de forma que as pernas tenham total liberdade de movimento.
Logo após flexionar as pernas trazendo-as em direção ao tronco e depois retornar à posição inicial.
Dica: É importante tentar manter o tronco estável e imóvel durante o movimento, para que dessa forma seja mantido um trabalho maior nos músculos abdominais.
