Governador faz visita técnica a obras da Linha-6 do metrô com executivos da Acciona
Sete das 15 estações no novo trecho já superaram os 50% de obras concluídas
O governador Tarcísio de Freitas visitou nesta terça-feira (23) as obras da Linha 6-Laranja do metrô, o maior projeto de infraestrutura em execução na América Latina. No Pátio Morro Grande, na zona norte da capital, ele acompanhou o andamento dos trabalhos no que será a principal base de manutenção e operação da linha de 15,3 km de extensão que vai ligar a região ao centro com 15 estações, transportando cerca de 630 mil de pessoas por dia.
“A gente teve uma reunião muito produtiva aqui no Pátio Morro Grande e aproveitamos para visitar a obra que está andando com bastante velocidade, bem aderente ao cronograma. Falta muito pouco para a gente chegar na estação Brasilândia, a gente já pôde tratar da extensão da obra e já iniciamos a discussão da futura Linha-16 que vai atender a zona leste”, afirmou o governador.
“Vamos continuar trabalhando e investindo muito em mobilidade porque o sistema de metrô é sustentável, vai tirar muitos carros das ruas e melhorar a qualidade de vida do cidadão”, reforçou Tarcísio.
A visita foi acompanhada pelo secretário estadual de Parcerias em Investimentos, Rafael Benini, o CEO de Infraestruturas da Acciona, José Díaz-Caneja, e executivos da construtora espanhola e do Consórcio Linha Uni, responsáveis pelo projeto. Na última semana, a concessionária alcançou a marca de mais de 8,7 mil metros de trilhos instalados no local.
O Pátio Morro Grande está com 63,42% dos trabalhos concluídos e é o quinto trecho com as obras mais avançadas da Linha 6-Laranja. Além disso, sete das 15 estações já superaram os 50% de obras concluídas.
Com o início das operações previsto para 2026, o deslocamento por transporte público entre a zona norte e o centro da capital será reduzido de 1h30, em média, para 23 minutos quando a linha estiver totalmente operacional.
A Linha 6-Laranja vai ligar as estações Brasilândia, na zona norte, e São Joaquim, no centro, e também terá integração com as linhas 1-Azul, 4-Amarela, 7-Rubi e 8-Diamante. Em funcionamento, vai atender à população das regiões de Brasilândia, Freguesia do Ó, Lapa, Pompeia, Pacaembu, Higienópolis, Consolação e Liberdade.
