Elevação pélvica, Execução correta e Como utilizar – Treino Mestre

Exercícios específicos para os glúteos veem sendo alvo de polêmicas constantes em discussões entre profissionais de educação física.

Antes, os famosos glúteos em 4 apoios foram alvo de pesquisas e trabalhos, que mostraram que estes não eram tão eficientes quanto pareciam.

Para muitos, estes viraram um exercício proibido. Infelizmente nem todos sabem ter bom senso. Agora, a elevação pélvica, que quando bem utilizada é fantástica para o trabalho de glúteos, também recebe algumas críticas.

Mas isso sempre irá acontecer. O que devemos entender é que exercícios como a elevação pélvica, são fundamentais para determinados trabalhos, mas sozinhos, não trazem um resultado acima da média.

Músculos solicitados

Como este é um exercício que trabalha especificamente com os glúteos. Estes, já são fortemente solicitados em movimentos como agachamento e Leg Press. Então ele é desnecessário? É o que irei te mostrar a seguir.

Mas não temos como falar na efetividade de qualquer exercício, sem antes levar em conta um fator fundamental: a execução correta!

Execução correta da elevação pélvica (em vídeo)

A elevação pélvica, ou elevação de quadril, é um movimento que aparentemente é simples, mas que envolve vários pontos de ajustes.

Basicamente, o movimento articular é uma extensão de quadril. Independentemente da variação que você for fazer, este movimento precisa ser o foco.

Esta é a execução mais comum e tradicional. Com ela, teremos uma maior solicitação dos glúteos e também, uma necessidade de estabilização mais acentuada dos músculos lombares.

Elevação Pélvica unilateral e com halteres

Como o foco são os glúteos, é interessante utilizar outras formas de otimizar este estímulo. Uma das maneiras ideais, é utilizar o pico de contração no final do movimento. Basicamente, no final do movimento, quando o quadril “encaixa”, no final do movimento, você segura a carga nesta posição.

Isso vai fazer com que a carga aumente e você tenha mais fluxo sanguíneo no local. Algo fundamental para a hipertrofia ou para o aumento de força e tônus muscular.

3- Sempre priorize a amplitude de movimento

Amplitude de movimento é fundamental para qualquer exercício. Não será diferente na elevação pélvica. É muito importante que você realize o movimento na máxima amplitude, para que os músculos recebam o estímulo adequado.

Isso acontece com o máximo possível de extensão do quadril, sem que o quadril toque no chão ao final da fase excêntrica.

Neste sentido, há diferentes possibilidades de trabalho para otimizar este ponto. A elevação pélvica com o apoio em um banco, faz com que tenhamos um aumento na amplitude de movimento.

Mas isso não se enquadra em qualquer caso. É uma modificação usada para o aumento da intensidade. Mas que precisa ser feita apenas quando temos um movimento tradicional bem executado.

4- Movimentos unilaterais podem ser uma boa alternativa

Não é via de regra. Mas no momento em que você busca uma diferente ativação muscular, uma melhora na coordenação motora, o trabalho unilateral é uma boa alternativa. Lógico, no primeiro momento, sem carga.

Apenas realize o movimento, mantendo apenas um dos pés apoiados no chão e o outro, com o joelho estendido.

Isso vai fazer com que o movimento seja mais difícil, seja necessário um maior equilíbrio e com isso, teremos novas unidades motoras envolvidas no movimento.

Esta não é uma variação que vai, sozinha, gerar hipertrofia. Mas é um excelente educativo para que você tenha uma melhora na eficiência do movimento.

5- Use a elevação pélvica, integrada ao treino de isquiotibiais ou quadríceps

Em muitos casos, a divisão coxas e glúteos é muito eficiente, por que ela trabalha diretamente com músculos sinergistas. Isso vai fazer com que haja uma maior solicitação muscular, mais fluxo sanguíneo local e consequentemente, um estímulo mais intenso.

Movimentos como Leg Press, agachamento, levantamento terra e Stiff, por exemplo, tem uma solicitação muscular que também envolve o glúteo máximo.

Com isso, se você usar, na mesma sessão, a elevação pélvica e outros movimentos do treino de quadríceps e isquiotibiais, vai ter um resultado mais intenso. Lógico, se tivermos um treino inteligente destes dois outros grupamentos musculares.

A elevação pélvica é um exercício muito interessante para o treino de glúteos. Quando executado de forma correta, com o contexto adequado, produz resultados fantásticos. Treine sempre com a orientação de um bom profissional. Bons treinos!
