Descanso e hipertrofia, entendendo primeiramente a relação
Basicamente, o treino de hipertrofia faz com que tenhamos um desgaste, em níveis metabólicos e musculares.
Desta maneira, é preciso que haja elementos que auxiliem nesta recuperação. A dieta oferece o “combustível”, que se baseia nos nutrientes. Mas mesmo assim, ainda falta algo. É neste ponto que o descanso entra.
É importante entender o descanso de duas formas. Uma delas é o tempo sem treinar determinado grupamento muscular. Este é o ponto em que a organização do treino entra.
A outra parte, está relacionada com a questão do sono. De nada adianta você ficar o período certo sem treinar determinado grupamento muscular, se não dorme de forma adequada ou o tempo suficiente.
