IFSP lança programa de iniciação e integração para novos servidores – IFSP
Iniciativa visa acolher e integrar servidores recém-chegados à instituição
O Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo (IFSP), por meio da Pró-Reitoria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Institucional (PRD), anuncia o lançamento do Programa de Iniciação e Integração para novos servidores Docentes e Técnico-Administrativos, uma iniciativa cujo objetivo é proporcionar uma recepção acolhedora e uma integração eficaz aos servidores recém-chegados à instituição.
Instituído por meio da Portaria Normativa n.º 102/2024 – RET/IFSP, o programa visa não apenas apresentar a estrutura e os objetivos do IFSP aos novos servidores, mas também fornecer subsídios para a atuação profissional, informar sobre direitos e deveres e familiarizá-los com sua respectiva carreira no Serviço Público Federal.
Dividido em duas etapas, o programa oferece uma ambientação inicial, na qual os novos servidores terão a oportunidade de conhecer a infraestrutura e o ambiente de trabalho, bem como se apresentar aos colegas e receber informações pertinentes. Em seguida, a etapa de capacitação os orientará sobre as atividades do setor, preparação profissional, tarefas a serem desenvolvidas, ambiente organizacional e/ou disciplinas a serem ministradas.
A participação é obrigatória para servidores efetivos que entrem em exercício no IFSP a partir de 1º de junho de 2024. Os certificados obtidos durante o programa poderão ser utilizados para a Progressão por Capacitação, desde que atendidos os requisitos estipulados. Aos servidores substitutos ou temporários, a participação no programa é facultativa.
Com a implementação do Programa de Iniciação e Integração para Novos Servidores, o IFSP reafirma seu compromisso com a valorização e o desenvolvimento de seu quadro de colaboradores, promovendo melhores condições de trabalho e qualidade de vida para todos os servidores. Em tempo, o projeto vem de encontro com o Desafio Institucional número 6 do PDI 2019-2023, de promover e favorecer a integração entre servidores intracampus e intercampi.
“A ação reflete nosso compromisso para a promoção de um ambiente de trabalho que seja, cada vez mais, acolhedor e inclusivo”, ressalta o diretor de Gestão de Pessoas da Pró-Reitoria de Planejamento e Desenvolvimento Institucional, Guilherme Leite. O diretor também salienta que, para manter o Programa alinhado às demandas institucionais, a DGP-PRD promoverá atualizações regulares em conjunto com as outras Pró-Reitorias e Diretorias sistêmicas da Reitoria.
