Hospital Municipal abre Centro de Referência da Dengue

Começou a funcionar na quinta-feira (28) o Centro de Referência do Hospital Municipal, criado para otimizar o atendimento a pessoas com sintomas de dengue.
A unidade foi instalada no auditório do Centro de Reabilitação Lucy Montoro, em uma parceria entre a Prefeitura de São José dos Campos e o Governo do Estado, ao lado do estacionamento do Hospital Municipal, com toda a estrutura necessária para um atendimento completo e eficiente, funcionando 24 horas.
No local há recepção, triagem e classificação de risco, teste rápido, avaliação médica e setor de hidratação. Se houver necessidade, o paciente será levado para o Hospital Municipal.
O prédio está sinalizado com placas, tem entrada independente do Lucy Montoro e fica a cerca de 200 metros do pronto-socorro do Hospital Municipal, na mesma calçada da Rua Saigiro Nakamura, 600. Quem procurar o PS com sintomas de dengue será orientado a se dirigir ao Centro de Referência.
Eridiane Moreira dos Santos foi a primeira paciente a entrar no Centro de Referência. Ela estava indo para o pronto-socorro quando viu as placas do centro. “Estranhei porque vi enfermeiras e médicos num lugar grande e sem fila”, disse.
Eridiane foi liberada uma hora depois, tendo passado pelo atendimento médico, feito teste e exame de sangue e ter recebido e aplicação de soro. Ela recebeu orientações para continuar o tratamento em casa.
Fluxo
O objetivo do Centro de Referência é reduzir o tempo de espera e atendimento dos pacientes. Para isso, foi criado um fluxo diferenciado que começa na triagem, classificação de risco e encaminhamento para as 30 poltronas de hidratação, de acordo com a intensidade dos sintomas e sinais vitais.
Nas poltronas, os pacientes recebem todo o atendimento – são vistos pelos médicos, que ficam disponíveis ali para o atendimento clínico – e fazem os exames necessários sem precisar aguardar para serem chamados em um consultório.
Os pacientes fazem o teste rápido e o exame de sangue, que são analisados no local graças a um equipamento de hematologia (analisador BC-5380) instalado no próprio Centro de Referência.
“Está sendo rápido, sem fila e bom atendimento”, disse Charles Nogueira Duarte, que ficou sabendo do Centro de Referência quando chegou ao pronto-socorro. “Muito bom aqui.”
O Hospital Municipal é mantido pela Prefeitura de São José dos Campos e gerenciado pela SPDM (Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina).
