Cícero Lucena fiscaliza obras de asfalto em Paratibe e destaca avanços em toda a cidade, com alto padrão de qualidade
Com mais de 140 ruas já executadas, somando cerca de 70 quilômetros, o programa Asfalto Novo, da Prefeitura de João Pessoa, segue melhorando a mobilidade urbana da Capital e dando melhores condições de circulação para condutores. Neste sábado (2), o prefeito Cícero Lucena inspecionou os trabalhos em Paratibe, na Zona Sul da Capital, e destacou o avanço das obras em toda a cidade, que recebe o mesmo padrão de qualidade. O gestor ainda projetou que novas vias serão contempladas.
“É muito bom você vir aqui, em Paratibe, ver que a Prefeitura está tratando a cidade com responsabilidade, com respeito e com carinho. Esse mesmo padrão de asfalto é igual ao que ontem colocamos no Bessa, mas essa área tem algo especial, porque as avenidas perpendiculares já estão contratadas para serem executadas no padrão da Prefeitura, com a calçada para acessibilidade para cadeirantes e o piso tátil para o deficiente visual. Acabando com a poeira, com a lama no inverno, melhorando a qualidade de vida das pessoas. Essa é a nossa missão e Deus está nos dando a oportunidade”, disse Cícero Lucena.
De acordo com a Secretaria de Infraestrutura (Seinfra), que executa os serviços, a Prefeitura já investiu mais de R$ 74 milhões, contando as ruas já entregues e as 62 que estão contratadas. Isso dá um total de 127 quilômetros de vias com o asfalto totalmente novo na cidade.
“Estamos completando quase 150 quilômetros de asfalto na cidade. Essa aqui, em Paratibe, é uma rua que não era pavimentada, que não é um capiamento ou um recapiamento, aqui é uma rua que era no barro e nós estamos agora fazendo essa obra de pavimentação. Nessa rua, especificamente, além de fazer a pavimentação, também vai ter a requalificação das calçadas, deixando toda ela acessível, com piso tátil e rampas de acesso também”, explicou o secretário executivo de Infraestrutura, Luciano Pereira.
“São obras que a gente atinge também todos os bairros da cidade, ainda ontem o prefeito visitou uma obra no Bessa, nós hoje também estamos trabalhando no bairro dos Bancários e aqui em Paratibe”, concluiu o secretário.
