Agência Minas Gerais | Trinta e nove bens, entre veículos e eletrônicos, serão leiloados pela Secretaria de Segurança na próxima semana
O primeiro leilão de 2024 de bens apreendidos em operações de combate ao tráfico de drogas acontecerá no dia 17/1, às 14h, de forma totalmente on-line. Ao todo, são 39 itens, entre carros, motocicletas e eletrônicos, disponíveis para os lances. A ação é fruto de uma parceria entre o Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública, por meio da Secretaria Nacional de Políticas sobre Drogas (Senad), e o Governo de Minas Gerais, por meio da Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública (Sejusp).
Entre os bens, destaque para os importados Mini Cooper Scym 2013, Porsche Cayenne 211 e uma Land Rover Evoque 2012. Todos os lances já estão abertos e podem ser consultados neste link. Em 2023, a Sejusp promoveu dez leilões de bens apreendidos do tráfico de drogas, com arrecadação de cerca de R$ 4 milhões. A subsecretária de Políticas sobre Drogas, Cláudia Leite, tem novas metas para o novo ano e explicou os benefícios dos leilões para o Estado.
“Em 2024, a expectativa é aumentar esse valor e reverter esses recursos em ações de redução da demanda de drogas, prevenção, cuidado, tratamento, reinserção social, pesquisa e formação e repressão ao tráfico e ao crime organizado”, detalhou. “A Sejusp está trabalhando em parceria com o Judiciário e as forças policiais do Estado para avançar na gestão dos bens apreendidos e na descapitalização das organizações criminosas. Essas ações evitam a desvalorização do bem apreendido, reduzem custos com pátios e reforçam as políticas de repressão ao tráfico de drogas”.
Além dos destinos citados pela subsecretária, os recursos também são aplicados na gestão do Fundo Nacional Antidrogas (Funad) e nas despesas decorrentes do cumprimento das atribuições da Secretaria Nacional de Políticas sobre Drogas, órgão gestor do Fundo. Os leilões buscam garantir a eficiência na gestão de bens perdidos em favor da União e trazer receita para os cofres públicos. A iniciativa faz parte do projeto federal “Esforço concentrado para a redução dos bens aguardando destinação”, do Ministério da Justiça e Segurança Pública, em parceria com o Governo de Minas.
