Prefeitura do Rio oferece curso de capacitação para babás – Prefeitura da Cidade do Rio de Janeiro
O que fazer quando uma criança engasga? Quais os cuidados a serem tomados durante o banho de um bebê? Estas e outras perguntas serão respondidas nos dias 13 e 27, no Planetário do Rio, na Gávea, durante o novo curso de capacitação profissional para babás.
Promovido pela Secretaria Municipal de Trabalho e Renda, em parceria com a Help Doméstica, o treinamento gratuito se divide em quatro módulos, com testes de avaliação. Os quatro temas são: a profissão de babá; o desenvolvimento infantil de zero a três anos; a importância da amamentação e a rotina do sono. O curso acontecerá das 9h às 16h, no dia 13, e das 9 às 15h, no dia 27, na Rua Vice-Governador Rúbens Berardo 100. Para se inscrever, basta ser mulher maior de 21 anos e acessar este LINK.
– Todas as semanas oferecemos, por meio do Trabalha Rio, vagas para babás em diferentes regiões da cidade. Entendemos que essa profissão oferece oportunidades a quem tem pouca experiência profissional. Entretanto, a responsabilidade de cuidar de crianças exige qualificação e aprimoramento permanentes – lembra Everton Gomes, secretário municipal de Trabalho e Renda do Rio.
Para Vanda Silva da Costa, de 44 anos e moradora da Penha, o curso foi fundamental para se atualizar na profissão.
– É bom reciclar. Nunca é tarde para aprender coisas novas. E muitas pessoas não têm acesso a informações, não podem pagar um curso de qualificação e estão em busca de uma oportunidade de trabalho – afirma a babá, que trabalha há dois anos cuidando de crianças.
De acordo com Marcos Bernardes, da Help Doméstica, a parceria entre o poder público e a iniciativa privada é fundamental para impulsionar a economia.
– O objetivo do curso é o desenvolvimento humano, com foco na empregabilidade. Com o apoio da secretaria, temos conseguido ajudar na qualificação dessas mulheres e na inserção delas no mercado de trabalho. Queremos ampliar esse treinamento, que é um diferencial, e fazer um grande feirão de empregos voltado para estas profissionais – diz Bernardes.
