Prefeitura de Sorocaba publica novo comunicado e redefine cronograma para execução da Lei Paulo Gustavo – Noticias

Objetivo é dar ainda mais transparência ao processo e foi possível graças à prorrogação do uso dos recursos da Lei Paulo Gustavo, até 2024, definida pelo Governo Federal.
A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio da Secretaria de Cultura (Secult), publicou, nesta quarta-feira (20), no Jornal do Município (https://noticias.sorocaba.sp.gov.br/jornal-do-municipio/), um novo comunicado a respeito do resultado da análise pericial dos projetos inscritos nos editais da Lei Paulo Gustavo (Lei Complementar nº 195/2022) na cidade.
Promovida pelo Governo Federal, por meio do Ministério da Cultura, a Lei Paulo Gustavo, regulamentada pelo Decreto Federal nº 11.525/2023, dispõe sobre ações emergenciais destinadas ao setor cultural, a serem adotadas em decorrência dos efeitos econômicos e sociais da Covid-19 em todo o País. No total, serão investidos R$ 5.063.547,90 em editais nas seguintes áreas: Produção Audiovisual; Reforma e manutenção de salas de cinema; Formação, qualificação e difusão na área de Audiovisual e Fomento à produção cultural, exceto Audiovisual.
O intuito da Secretaria de Cultura com essa medida é dar ainda mais transparência ao processo, bem como garantir o amplo acesso aos recursos da Lei Paulo Gustavo, atendendo a solicitações da classe artística nas consultas públicas. Para isso, o resultado dos recursos interpostos foi anulado e o processo retorna ao resultado das avaliações dos peritos, bem como ao prazo de interposição de recursos. Isso foi possível graças a prorrogação do uso dos recursos da Lei Paulo Gustavo até 2024. A Lei Complementar 202, de 2023, foi publicada pelo Governo Federal na última sexta-feira (15).
No novo comunicado, constam as notas dos projetos que foram indeferidos, após análise de três pareceristas, todos profissionais com formação e experiência na área.
