Bulking: Como fazer, Dieta e Treino [FICHA MONTADA] – Treino Mestre

O que é e como funciona o bulking

Também conhecido como “OFF” (off season), o bulking é uma fase, na qual o principal objetivo é o aumento de peso com objetivo de aumentar a massa muscular, para tal o treino e dieta são adaptados para maximizar os resultados neste aspecto.

O treinamento é realizado com um maior volume e intensidade, para assim poder gerar um estímulo maior, para dessa forma aumentar o volume muscular.

A dieta é programada, com o objetivo de consumir uma quantidade maior de calorias e nutrientes que possam gerar um balanço calórico suficiente para o ganho de massa muscular.

Treino no bulking

Para poder estimular os grupos musculares por meio do treino, sendo possível maximizar a hipertrofia e tornar o bulking mais produtivo, alguns pontos devem ser considerados como:

1. Treinar de maneira intensa

Para poder estimular o máximo os grupos musculares é necessário treinar intensamente.

Tentar treinar aumentando as cargas e também o volume de treinamento progressivamente é a base para gerar as adaptações necessárias para o aumento de massa muscular.
