A Prefeitura de São José dos Campos realiza neste sábado (18), das 9h às 14h, a 15º edição do Bem Me Quero, programa que tem como objetivo cuidar da saúde da mulher com exames ginecológicos preventivos e mamografia.
O programa também disponibiliza atendimento para toda a família, com aplicação de testes rápidos para HIV, Sífilis, Hepatite B e C, além da pesagem para o programa Bolsa Família.
Essa é uma oportunidade também de incentivar a multivacinação para atualização da caderneta, incluindo a vacina contra gripe (influenza) para todos os públicos.
Também estará disponível nas unidades a vacina contra dengue para crianças e adolescentes de 10 a 14 anos (11 meses e 29 dias).
Cinco Unidades Básicas de Saúde (UBSs) Resolve estarão abertas para atendimento à população: Vila Tesouro e Jd. Paraíso do Sol (leste), Jardim da Granja (sudeste), Dom Pedro 1º (sul) e Jardim Telespark (norte).

Mutirão de DIU
Ainda por meio do “Bem Me Quero” e com foco na saúde da mulher, a Prefeitura realiza em parceria com a faculdade Anhembi Morumbi mais um mutirão para inserção de DIU.
A ação vai atender mulheres que estão aguardando pelo procedimento no município e acontece na UBS Resolve do Jardim Satélite (Av. Andrômeda, 1960), das 7h30 às 13h30.
As pacientes chamadas devem ter feito o exame preventivo com menos de um ano. Antes da colocação do DIU será feito o teste rápido de gravidez, cumprindo todo o protocolo.
Serão duas salas de atendimento para colocação do DIU. E após a inserção, a paciente já será encaminhada para outra sala onde será realizado o exame de ultrassom para confirmar a posição do dispositivo.
Todos os procedimentos serão realizados pelas professoras de ginecologia e obstetrícia da faculdade com a participação dos alunos.
O DIU de cobre, que será utilizado no mutirão, possui duração de 10 anos, é seguro e eficaz. Podendo ser retirado a qualquer momento se a mulher desejar, permitindo a melhor autonomia sobre o seu planejamento familiar.

Implantado há um ano, o Bem Me Quero é realizado sempre aos sábados, uma vez por mês, com o objetivo de facilitar o acesso às unidades para as mulheres que não conseguem ir durante a semana devido ao trabalho ou às ocupações diárias.
As coletas de exames preventivos, a aplicação de vacinas e os testes rápidos também são realizados de segunda a sexta-feira nas 40 UBSs Resolve e nas 5 Unidades Avançadas. Confira os endereços e horários de funcionamento no site da Prefeitura.
