Agência Minas Gerais | Seplag orienta servidores vinculados ao Regime Geral de Previdência Social sobre solicitação de benefícios junto ao INSS
A Secretaria de Estado de Planejamento e Gestão (Seplag-MG) definiu junto ao Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) uma medida paliativa para regularizar os registros das informações previdenciárias junto ao eSocial dos servidores vinculados ao Regime Geral de Previdência Social (RGPS) e viabilizar a solicitação de benefícios junto ao órgão federal, como auxílios e licenças.
As contribuições previdenciárias estão sendo recolhidas e repassadas regularmente ao RGPS. Contudo, em razão de problemas técnicos na integração com o sistema eSocial, do Governo Federal, a prestação de informações referentes a essas contribuições ficou comprometida. Isso vinha dificultando o acesso a benefícios da Previdência Social. Para solucionar a questão, a Seplag-MG alinhou um fluxo específico com o INSS.
Para solicitar algum benefício, os servidores vinculados ao RGPS deverão acionar a unidade de RH do órgão de lotação e solicitar a regularização da sua situação no eSocial. Paralelamente, por meio do Portal do Servidor, o servidor deverá requerer a Declaração de Tempo de Contribuição.
De posse da declaração e da confirmação dos recibos de regularização no eSocial, o servidor poderá encaminhar os documentos ao INSS para fins de requisição do benefício.
Quanto aos servidores efetivos, não há impacto, já que as contribuições previdenciárias são vertidas para o Fundo Financeiro de Previdência do Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores do Estado de Minas Gerais (Ipsemg). Desta forma, eles não fazem jus à concessão de benefícios do INSS.
O Governo de Minas segue empenhado na implantação da solução definitiva da integração com o eSocial. Na ocasião, os servidores serão informados sobre a desativação desse fluxo paliativo.
