Prefeitura de Cuiab | Mesmo intimado, gabinete de interveno do Governo do Estado deixou de repassar quase R$ 5 milhes ao Hospital Geral e juiz determina bloqueio de todas as contas da Prefeitura de Cuiab
Devido à inércia da gestora do gabinete de intervenção do Estado de Mato Grosso, Daniele Carmona, as contas da Prefeitura Municipal de Cuiabá foram bloqueadas na data desta quinta-feira (4) por determinação do juiz federal plantonista Fábio Henrique Rodrigues de Moraes Fiorenza;
Mesmo intimada (Veja a íntegra da decisão abaixo), Carmona deixou de cumprir decisão judicial para efetuar repasses à instituição filantrópica ASSOCIAÇÃO DE PROTEÇÃO À MATERNIDADE E À INFÂNCIA DE CUIABÁ – HOSPITAL GERAL;
No último dia 27, em coletiva de imprensa, Carmona declarou que havia realizado o repasse de mais de R$30 milhões aos filantrópicos sem deixar nenhum passivo;
Em um breve histórico, sabendo do prazo para efetuar o pagamento (5 dias), a então gestora do gabinete não determinou o pagamento de R$ 4.775.737,27 (quatro milhões, setecentos e setenta e cinco mil, setecentos e trinta e sete reais e vinte e sete centavos) à ASSOCIAÇÃO DE PROTEÇÃO À MATERNIDADE E À INFÂNCIA DE CUIABÁ – HOSPITAL GERAL;
Os valores são relativos às competências de outubro (serviços hospitalares de alta complexidade) e novembro (contratualização pré-fixado) ainda não pagos pelo município de Cuiabá;
Consta no pedido, ‘que o Município de Cuiabá não atendeu ao comando judicial no sentido de que se manifestasse nos autos acerca dos alegados atrasos nas transferências. O Ministério Público Federal, diante do silêncio da municipalidade, requereu a intimação da interventora, Danielle Pedroso Dias Carmona Bertucini, atual gestora da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Cuiabá (id 1918722154). Carmona foi pessoalmente intimada’;
Válido esclarecer que antes do processo de intervenção, o Município já havia firmado acordo judicial em audiência realizada em 29/11/2022, onde o Município se comprometeu a realizar os repasses regularmente (o pré-fixado será pago dentro do 5º dia útil do repasse da União; e o pós-fixado dentro do cronograma da União presente nos autos, sendo efetivado em até 60 dias do vencimento da competência);
Consta ainda na decisão que “em razão dessa inércia e da prova de que houve o efetivo repasse do Fundo Nacional de Saúde ao Município de Cuiabá em 05/12/2023, e que esse ente deixou de efetuar a transferência dos recursos no prazo, defiro o pedido de sequestro judicial (via Sisbajud) dos valores incontroversos no importe de R$ 4.775.737,27 (quatro milhões, setecentos e setenta e cinco mil, setecentos e trinta e sete reais e vinte e sete centavos)’, finaliza o juiz.
