Cícero Lucena anuncia resultado do Prêmio ‘Escola e CMEI Nota 10’ para profissionais da Educação, que será pago nesta quarta-feira
O prefeito Cícero Lucena anunciou, nesta terça-feira (12), no Centro de Convenções, o resultado dos Prêmios ‘Escola Nota 10’ e ‘CMEI Nota 10’ – premiação que corresponde ao 14º salário para os profissionais da Educação do Município. Serão pagos, já nesta quarta-feira (13), mais de R$ 18 milhões para trabalhadores de 101 escolas e 94 CMEIs de João Pessoa.
O prêmio é uma forma de reconhecer o trabalho realizado pela comunidade educacional em torno do processo educativo desenvolvido nas unidades escolares. Para além dos índices de avaliação, importa reconhecer e valorizar o compromisso do trabalho coletivo, as diversas atividades que cada unidade ensino desenvolveu para fortalecer a dimensão cognitiva, as habilidades e valores, como também para promover a saúde mental das crianças, dos adolescentes e adultos regularmente matriculados na rede municipal.
“É o nosso reconhecimento, gratidão e renovação da esperança de que vamos poder fazer cada vez mais, porque essa é a preparação de uma cidade com um futuro mais justo, mais humana, mais solidária e que a educação exerça o seu papel – de ser instrumento condutor de melhoria da qualidade de vida e garantia de um futuro melhor”, disse o prefeito durante o evento, que ainda teve apresentação de dança de crianças do CMEI El Shaday e da cantora mirim Maria Luiza, da Escola Municipal João de Barros.
Os prêmios incidem sobre três dimensões do processo educativo: o desempenho do processo de aprendizagem; a organização e a gestão do trabalho pedagógico-administrativo escolar; e a formação continuada dos trabalhadores e profissionais da Educação. O foco desta edição é a aprendizagem, explicou a secretária de Educação e Cultura (Sedec), América Castro.
“As escolas que têm essas três pontuações relevantes recebem uma pontuação acima de 50%, até 100%, e recebem também o recurso da modificação, o valor do salário deles. Então, assim, é um reconhecimento, sem dúvida nenhuma, de todo o trabalho que vem sendo realizado. É gratidão e todos eles se esforçaram para dar 100% nas avaliações nacionais e nas avaliações estaduais”, afirmou a secretária.
A gestora escolar Sheyla Cavalcanti, da Escola Municipal Bartolomeu Gusmão, recebeu do prefeito, de forma simbólica, em nome de todas as unidades, o prêmio e disse que esse reconhecimento é para todos os profissionais da unidade e que João Pessoa tem uma educação de qualidade. “Agradecer a todos, porque trabalhamos com muita dedicação e amor para proporcionar um ensino de qualidade para as nossas crianças. Estamos muito felizes”, afirmou.
