Roubos têm queda no interior, Grande SP e Baixada Santista
As cidades localizadas na região metropolitana de São Paulo, na Baixada Santista e no interior do estado de São Paulo registraram queda nos casos de roubos em abril. Veja abaixo o balanço divulgado pela Secretaria de Segurança Pública em cada região.
Grande São Paulo tem queda de 30% nos roubos de carga em abril
Na região metropolitana de São Paulo, as cidades registraram queda de 29,9% nos roubos de carga. As ocorrências desse tipo de crime passaram de 144, em abril do ano passado, para 101 no mesmo período deste ano. A redução é resultado de uma série de trabalhos de prevenção feitos pelas Polícias Civil e Militar.
O Programa de Prevenção de Furtos e Roubos de Carga (ProCarga) foi implantado para traçar estratégias para enfrentar as quadrilhas especializadas nessa modalidade criminosa. Segundo o delegado Oswaldo Diez Junior, coordenador do ProCarga, o trabalho consiste em adaptar a atuação das forças policiais para fazer frente aos delitos.
Uma equipe de inteligência monitora constantemente as regiões com prevalência desses registros, identificando características das quadrilhas, tipos de armamento e “modus operandi” para traçar estratégias eficazes para que as polícias possam se antecipar aos criminosos.
“Apesar de ter percebido uma tendência de queda nas ocorrências, não podemos de maneira alguma relaxar ou achar que está bom, porque é aí que entra o erro. Se estivermos sempre em alerta e pensando em novas formas de combater essas quadrilhas, vamos conseguir observar índices cada vez melhores”, afirma o delegado.
Se contabilizado todo o estado de São Paulo, a queda no roubo de cargas em abril chega a 16,4%.
Neste ano, foram 397 ocorrências em abril, 78 casos a menos do que o registrado no mesmo período de 2023.
Na cidade de São Paulo, foram 195 boletins de ocorrências registrados no mês anterior. O número é 9,7% menor na comparação com o mesmo período de 2023. No interior, foram 101 casos, 14 a menos que no ano passado.
Diez ressalta que a integração das Polícias Civil e Militar e a troca de informações com órgãos federais têm colaborado para os resultados.
A prisão e condenação de integrantes dessas quadrilhas especializadas também devem ser consideradas para a queda nos índices.
Reuniões periódicas para criar novas estratégias
O Procarga faz parte do Sistema de Informações e Prevenção a Crimes praticados contra o transporte de Carga (SPCarga), e as equipes têm se reunido e feito reuniões periódicas para a criação de estratégias. São analisados dados com informações das regiões com maiores índices, horários, pontos vulneráveis e tipo de carga.
Há, ainda, discussões sobre como as quadrilhas agem e tipos de resquícios usados. Isso, conforme o delegado, amplia o leque de visão dos agentes, possibilitando a criação de métodos de ação.
As rodovias mais visadas pelos criminosos geralmente são a Anhanguera, dos Bandeirantes e a Raposo Tavares, no eixo estadual. Na área federal, as estradas Presidente Dutra e Fernão Dias lideraram os registros de assaltos.
Só nos primeiros três meses deste ano, 136 pessoas foram detidas suspeitas de cometer roubos de carga. O número é 26% maior do que no mesmo período do ano passado.
Roubos caem mais de 20% na Baixada Santista em abril
As cidades da Baixada Santista, no litoral de São Paulo, registraram queda de 21,5% nos roubos em abril. A redução é reflexo das ações das forças de segurança do estado e do reforço do policiamento na região desde o início do ano.
Conforme o balanço da Secretaria da Segurança Pública (SSP), no período foram 962 ocorrências, contra 1,2 mil registradas um ano antes. Os dados consideram os roubos de carga (com oito casos a menos) e a banco, que não teve nenhum delito em abril.
Os furtos em geral, que incluem de carga, tiveram uma redução de 2,6%. Neste ano, a polícia contabilizou 2.684 ocorrências, ante 2.755 casos em abril de 2023.
Os roubos de veículos tiveram um acréscimo, com quatro casos a mais na comparação com abril do ano passado, chegando a 99 delitos. No período, houve 295 furtos de veículos.
No mês passado, a polícia registrou dois casos a menos de homicídios dolosos nos 24 municípios da região, totalizando dez crimes.
Os casos de estupros e estupros de vulnerável caíram 28,4%. Foram 53 boletins de ocorrências, 21 a menos do que em abril de 2023.
Os números demonstram as ações empenhadas em todo o litoral paulista para combater as organizações criminosas, que usam a estrutura logística do estado para traficar armas e drogas usando, principalmente, o Porto de Santos. O diagnóstico mensal auxilia as forças de segurança no planejamento estratégico no desenvolvimento de novas ações para coibir os crimes. “É como se fosse um diagnóstico que temos para saber como e onde agir”, explica o coordenador de Análise Criminal e Pesquisa (CAP), da SSP, major Rodrigo Vilardi.
Roubos caem no interior de São Paulo: abril teve 400 casos a menos
O interior de São Paulo teve uma queda de 13,1% nos casos de roubos em geral em abril. Foram 3.098 delitos contabilizados pela Polícia Civil ante 3.564 em igual período do ano passado, ou seja, 466 ocorrências a menos. Os números incluem roubos de carga e a bancos.
Nas cidades do interior paulista, a atuação das forças de segurança também contribuiu para a redução nos roubos de veículos, que chegaram a 618 denúncias. Foram 214 registros a menos, na comparação com abril do ano passado, o que representa uma queda de 25,7%. Os furtos de veículos também caíram, chegando a 2.242 ocorrências, ou seja, 5,9% a menos.
Os estupros e estupros de vulnerável ficaram praticamente estáveis, com acréscimo de quatro casos. Foram 697 queixas registradas na Polícia Civil em todo o interior do estado.
Os furtos em geral, que incluem os de carga, fecharam o mês com 19.844 registros, um acréscimo de 3,6%.
