Governo de SP oferece iniciativas gratuitas para capacitação, apoio e encaminhamento profissional no mercado de trabalho
O Governo de São Paulo tem implementado diversos programas voltados para a geração de emprego e renda em todo o estado. Com 14 milhões de trabalhadores com carteira assinada, o estado representa cerca de 27% dos empregos formais do país, de acordo com dados da Fundação Seade. Em 2023, foram criadas 391 mil novas vagas, nos setores de serviços, indústria, comércio e agropecuária.
As iniciativas visam não apenas a criação de novas vagas, mas também o desenvolvimento de habilidades, cursos e a inclusão de grupos vulneráveis no mercado de trabalho. Conheça os programas do governo que têm desempenhado um papel fundamental no avanço profissional dos moradores de São Paulo.
Postos de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PATs)
Com mais 340 mil vagas de emprego ofertadas em 2023, os Postos de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PATs) se tornaram referência na geração de emprego em São Paulo. O programa conta com uma rede de atendimento que informa e orienta os trabalhadores, auxilia os empregadores na busca de funcionários e oferece serviços como: habilitação de seguro desemprego, emissão da carteira de trabalho e previdência social.
Os PATs contam com mais de 230 unidades em todas as regiões do estado, incluindo as unidades do Poupatempo. O programa oferece oportunidades de emprego em diversas áreas de atuação, todas unidades do PATs estão disponíveis no link: https://www.meuemprego.sp.gov.br/Servicos#pats
Qualifica SP
Qualifica SP capacita quem procura por uma vaga para atender as demandas do mercado. Com cursos técnicos em diversas áreas, como tecnologia, informática, gestão empresarial e idiomas, o programa auxilia na inserção do mercado de trabalho, recolocação profissional e no avanço do empreendedorismo paulista.
Lançado em março de 2023, o programa disponibilizou 165 mil vagas em cursos de diferentes segmentos. Com carga horária entre 140h e 360h, após a conclusão das aulas, os estudantes também recebem a chance de concorrer a vagas de estágio em empresas. Conheça alguns dos cursos ofertados:

Portal Meu Emprego
O portal Meu Emprego, coordenado pela Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico (SDE), concentra todas as informações de cursos profissionalizantes na plataforma online. As capacitações oferecidas são em áreas como tecnologia, administração, indústria e serviços. O site realiza a intermediação da mão de obra por meio do sistema de registro das demandas e cursos das prefeituras, garantindo que os participantes encontrem oportunidades de emprego compatíveis com seu perfil e habilidades. Programas de empregabilidade oferecidos no Meu Emprego
Meu Emprego Pró-Egresso: promove a integração social dos presos em regime semiaberto e egressos do sistema penitenciário no mercado de trabalho. Oferecendo oportunidades de trabalho e qualificação profissional por meio de ações conjuntas entre a Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico (SDE) e a Secretaria de Administração Penitenciária (SAP).
Apenas em 2024, o programa recebeu 457 inscrições e encaminhou 134 egressos para 80 vagas afirmativas. Os egressos recebem orientação psicossocial nos Centros de Apoio ao Egresso e à Família (CAEF), que direciona os participantes na busca de oportunidades de trabalho junto às empresas parceiras.
Meu Emprego Trabalho Inclusivo: traz o desenvolvimento profissional, inclusão e permanência das pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho. O programa conta com 202 vagas exclusivas para PCD.
Os Polos de Empregabilidade Inclusivas (PEI) orientam os candidatos, realizam entrevistas individuais para o mapeamento das habilidades e oferecem qualificação profissional. Logo depois, os participantes são encaminhados para os Postos de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PATs), que conectam e oferecem, caso necessário, a emissão de laudo médico de funcionalidades para trabalho.
