Sedes realiza ciclo de capacitação gratuito para mulheres atendidas pela Funad
A Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Social (Sedes), de João Pessoa, realizou nessa terça-feira (9), mais um ciclo do programa ‘Empreenda e Renda’, em parceria com o Instituto Mulher Empreendedora e o Itaú Mulher Empreendedora. Desta vez a capacitação aconteceu na Fundação Centro Integrado de Apoio à Pessoa com Deficiência (Funad), numa parceria entre a Prefeitura de João Pessoa e o Governo do Estado, com a participação de mulheres que têm seus filhos atendidos pela Fundação.
Uma das participantes foi Adriana Correia, cuja filha de seis anos é atendida pela Fundação. Ela explicou que a tarde foi de muito aprendizado e participativa, que trabalhava como atendente de telemarketing, mas que com os cuidados com a pequena está fora do mercado de trabalho. “Estou fazendo crochê, não é algo que eu faça como ganha pão, mas me ajuda de forma terapêutica e, na palestra de hoje, a gente aprende a ter uma visão diferente de como fazer diferente para atrair quem possa adquirir nosso trabalho. Foi uma tarde gratificante e um tipo de conhecimento que vai me ajudar muito”, completou.
“Nosso trabalho é de assistência, mas também de estimular as pessoas a terem sua independência financeira. A parceria com a Funad é importante para podermos alcançar essas mulheres que dispõem tanto de seu tempo para o cuidado dos seus, mas que também precisam de atenção e cuidado”, reforçou Norma Gouveia, secretária de Desenvolvimento Social. O objetivo do programa é capacitar mulheres para que empreendam em seu próprio negócio ou tenham melhores ferramentas para inserção no mercado de trabalho.
“Essa parceria que temos com a Prefeitura é das mais virtuosas, sempre nos ajudando com a questão do empreendedorismo, trazendo conhecimento para o nosso público e a ação de ontem foi voltada para as mães dos PCDs, mães que são empreendedoras, que por vezes o fazem pois precisam passar a maior parte do seu tempo cuidando dos filhos e aqui na Funad. É um público vulnerável que precisa dessa atenção básica e precisa desse olhar de empreendedorismo para ter uma renda”, reforçou Mércia Morais, assessora de defesa do direito da Pessoa com Deficiência, da Funad.
As aulas são divididas em módulos para melhor compreensão e aprendizagem, onde as mulheres aprendem sobre como gerir um negócio, táticas de vendas, formação de rede de contatos profissionais, liderança, comunicação eficaz, controle financeiro e como formalizar seu negócio. A iniciativa conta com o trabalho da Coordenação de Economia Solidária, dentro da Diretoria de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional da Sedes.
