Hospital Regional da Costa Leste é escolhido como referência para a implantação de protocolo cardiológico
A SES (Secretaria de Estado de Saúde), por meio da superintendência de Gestão Estratégica, realizou na terça-feira (12) reunião de alinhamento para a implantação do Projeto Fibrinólise IAMCSST (Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio com Supra do Segmento ST) no Hospital Regional da Costa Leste Magid Thomé, em Três Lagoas.
Conforme o responsável pelo protocolo e assessor da Assessoria Técnica Médica da SES, João Ricardo Filgueiras Tognini, o projeto faz parte do Regionaliza MS e objetiva estabelecer um protocolo de diagnóstico e tratamento do IAMCSST por meio de uso de agentes fibrinolíticos que sejam aplicáveis às unidades de urgência e emergência do estado, independentemente da existência de um serviço de cardiologia e/ou hemodinâmica a disposição imediata no local do primeiro atendimento.
“Esse é um projeto muito importante em termos de saúde pública e, eventualmente sendo um case de sucesso, ele pode ser reproduzido para outras localidades do estado de Mato Grosso do Sul”.
A superintendente de Gestão Estratégica da SES, Maria Angélica Benetasso, responsável pelo processo de regionalização no estado explica que esse projeto é um grande exemplo da proposta de saúde do Governo do Estado. Assim, a SES leva como projeto piloto para a região de Três Lagoas a implantação desse protocolo, pensando na introdução dos serviços de cardiologia na região.
“A proposta de regionalização da saúde é um grande compromisso do nosso governador Eduardo Riedel. Totalmente alinhado a isso nosso secretário, Dr. Maurício Simões, solicitou que organizássemos várias ações que englobassem de forma regionalizada os atendimentos na média e alta complexidade. Com isso, conseguiremos a flexibilidade dos leitos, atendendo de forma adequada e não deixar de atender qualquer paciente por falta de leitos em serviços de referência. Então esse é apenas um dos projetos que temos em mente para trazermos para as regiões. O projeto conta com a participação dos 10 municípios da macrorregião de Três Lagoas, envolvendo como referência o Hospital Regional Magid Thomé com toda a sua equipe, sob a coordenação técnica do Dr. João Ricardo e o alinhamento com todos os secretários municipais de saúde e prefeitos da região”.
Como objetivos fundamentais da atual gestão estão a ampliação do acesso e a melhoria da qualidade da atenção à saúde no SUS (Sistema Único de Saúde), tendo a regionalização como estratégia central para a promoção da equidade inter-regional, com foco na organização das RAS (Redes de Atenção à Saúde).
“Considerando a capacidade estrutural já instalada, com serviço de hemodinâmica e terapia intensiva já em funcionamento e com possibilidade real de inclusão de uma unidade intensiva cardiológica (Unidade Coronariana), o Hospital Regional da Costa Leste Magid Thomé foi escolhido como referência para a implantação deste projeto no Estado”, assegura o superintendente de Governança Hospitalar da SES, Ricardo da Silva Gouvea.
“A partir do momento em que o Hospital Regional começou a fazer todo o atendimento de urgência e emergência em cardiologia, nosso município diminuiu em 40% o número de transferências para Campo Grande. Então, para quem está na luta, no dia-a-dia, sabe da importância dessa diminuição, são menos pacientes nas estradas e eu tenho certeza que a qualidade desse atendimento também melhorou muito para esse paciente. Hoje é mais um passo, estamos trabalhando para esse fortalecimento para que a gente consiga trazer cada vez mais novidades para o nosso hospital”, exaltou a secretária Municipal de Saúde de Três Lagoas, Elaine Cristina Ferrari Furio.
Para o diretor-geral do Hospital Regional da Costa Leste Magid Thomé, Henrique Schultz, o protocolo será inovador para a macrorregião de Três Lagoas e, de uma forma geral, a região conseguirá avançar na saúde estadual.
“Esse tipo de paciente é um perfil muito específico, pois não tem tempo hábil, ele não pode esperar. Nossa esperança é que fortalecendo, se tornando referência para essa área, a gente consiga absorver esses pacientes, dando um suporte adequado sendo um paciente cardíaco. Dando tudo certo, é importante frisar que esse protocolo será espelhado para todo o Estado”.
Já o membro da equipe de cardiologia e da cardiologia intervencionista do Hospital Regional da Costa Leste Magid Thomé, Vitor Hugo Cavalini, afirma que um protocolo de grande benfeitoria para a micro e macrorregião de Três Lagoas.
“Hoje estamos fazendo a implementação de um protocolo para direcionar os pacientes com Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio com Supra de ST para referência que hoje somos nós aqui do Hospital Regional. Esse protocolo vai visar esse paciente a ter um atendimento mais rápido, mais precoce e mais determinado em relação a patologia preexistente. Nós vamos estar auxiliando médicos nas origens como fazer o tratamento desse paciente até a chegada ao Hospital Regional de Três Lagoas para nós fazermos a intervenção na hemodinâmica, beneficiando esse paciente para que saia sem sequelas cardiovasculares”.
Participaram da reunião representantes dos municípios de Três Lagoas, Água Clara, Aparecida do Taboado, Brasilândia, Cassilândia, Inocência, Paranaíba, Santa Rita do Pardo e Selvíria. Os municípios elegíveis deverão realizar a adesão ao projeto, conforme os critérios estabelecidos.
