Prefeitura de Sorocaba entrega obras de requalificação asfáltica no Jardim Paulista – Noticias

A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio do Centro de Aceleração Desenvolvimento e Inovação (CADI), ligado à Secretaria de Administração (Sead), entregou, nesta segunda-feira (11), as obras de requalificação asfáltica (pavimentação) de vias no Jardim Paulista, localizado na zona norte da cidade.
A iniciativa, que integra o programa “Sorocaba tem Pressa”, foi viabilizada por meio de financiamento internacional junto ao New Development Bank (NDB) com obras executadas pela empresa Céu Azul Terraplanagem e Pavimentadora Ltda., vencedora do processo licitatório. Além da cobertura asfáltica, as melhorias contemplaram também nova sinalização viária, realizada pela Secretaria de Mobilidade (Semob), e nova iluminação com tecnologia de LED.
O novo pavimento asfáltico abrange as seguintes vias: Rua Antonio Scudeler Sobrinho, Rua João Arjona Filho, Rua Carlos Schuermann de Barros Filho, Rua Domingos Carréa, Rua Amadeo Bataglini, Rua Tenente Otacílio Weiss Nogueira, Rua Urbano da Silveira, Rua Vitor Alfariano e Rua Durvalina Tavares Prestes.
Durante o evento, várias atividades gratuitas foram oferecidas pelo Município às famílias: o Posto móvel de Atendimento ao Trabalhador (PAT Móvel), oferecido pela Secretaria de Relações do Trabalho e Qualificação Profissional (Sert) e que divulga oportunidades de emprego e outros serviços; exposição da Divisão de Zoonoses, da Secretaria da Saúde (SES), sobre prevenção e combate à dengue e outras doenças; e doação de mudas, pela Secretaria do Meio Ambiente, Proteção e Bem-Estar Animal (Sema).
