Está cada vez mais próximo o momento no qual a CGE-MS (Controladoria-Geral do Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul) obterá a validação do nível 2 do IA-CM (Modelo de Capacidade de Controle Interno).
Nesta segunda-feira (26), às 14h30, mais um passo será trilhado pelos servidores da Auditoria-Geral, da CGE-MS. Será realizada uma reunião on-line, com a equipe designada pelo Conaci (Conselho Nacional de Controle Interno), para iniciar a validação da instituição que busca alcançar este feito em 2024.
As responsáveis pela autenticação dos quesitos apresentados pela CGE-MS são servidoras das Controladorias-Geral dos Estados do Ceará e de Minas Gerais.
A validação para o nível 2 do IA-CM acontece em duas etapas: on-line (para ajustes e sanar dúvidas) e, visita in-loco, ou seja, as auditoras devem vir a Mato Grosso do Sul, provavelmente, na primeira quinzena de abril, para a verificação presencial e documental de todas as exigências cumpridas pela CGE-MS para a obtenção da qualificação.
O IA-CM é uma ferramenta que identifica os fundamentos, princípios, práticas e processos necessários para uma função de auditoria interna efetiva no setor público – mais próxima do gestor, oferecendo não só avaliação, mas também consultoria com foco em melhorias nos processos de governança, gestão de riscos e controles internos.
