A equipe do Centro de Comando Operacional da Mobi-Rio comunicou o ato de vandalismo a agentes do BRT Seguro que ficam após o túnel da Grota Funda, no sentido Recreio dos Bandeirantes, permitindo assim a interceptação do veículo e a abordagem do cidadão.
O homem foi conduzido pelos agentes até a 42ª DP, onde ficou preso para responder por dano ao patrimônio público.
