Mesmo na época das festas de fim de ano, o Centro da Juventude segue aberto e cheio de atividades diariamente, sendo uma alternativa com ampla estrutura de entretenimento para crianças, jovens e famílias que optaram por não viajar e podem aproveitar este tempo com mais saúde e qualidade de vida.
O Centro da Juventude, na região sul, tem como principais atrações o pavilhão de eventos, parque para as crianças, área verde com quiosques, pista de caminhada, quadra poliesportiva, quadra de basquete 3×3 e quadras de areia para partidas de futevôlei, beach tênis e vôlei de praia.
Alan Vital, de 42 anos, visitou pela primeira vez o Centro da Juventude, junto com seu filho Francisco, de 5 anos, e aprovou o espaço. “A estrutura é muito bacana. Ainda mais em um dia de sol igual hoje. É importante para a criançada gastar energia sem sofrer com o sol. Realmente, aqui é bem mais agradável do que eu imaginei.”
O espaço também é usado para aulas esportivas. Carlos Henrique Coimbra, de 35 anos, é professor de Muay Thai, e aproveita o espaço para dar suas aulas. “Faz cinco meses que eu venho aqui com meus alunos. A estrutura é ótima para as aulas. O Centro da Juventude é muito bem cuidado e tranquilo. Tem lugar para todo o tipo de esporte aqui.”
Nathalia Lima Queiroz tem 30 anos e é residente do Jardim América. Ela leva seu filho Leonardo, de 2 anos, ao Centro da Juventude praticamente todo dia no período de férias. “Muito bom estar aberto nesse período, por ter uma grande variedade de atividades para as crianças. Dá para andar de bicicleta, skate e brincar no parquinho. Aqui é ótimo para mim e meu filho. Eu venho aqui quase todos os dias pra ele se divertir com as outras crianças.”
O Centro da Juventude terá seu horário reduzido no domingo (31), funcionando das 6h às 18h. Na segunda (1), o espaço estará fechado. A partir da próxima terça-feira (2), o local volta a funcionar normalmente.
