Agência Minas Gerais | Secretaria de Saúde e Controladoria-Geral concluem trabalho para aumentar eficiência em processos de logística
O secretário de Estado de Saúde de Minas Gerais, Fábio Baccheretti, e o controlador-geral do Estado, Rodrigo Fontenelle, estiveram, nesta quarta-feira (27/12) no Almoxarifado Central da Secretaria de Saúde (SES-MG) para uma vistoria do espaço. A ação é parte do Programa CGE Presente, que visa aproximar auditores da Controladoria-Geral do Estado (CGE-MG) e gestores das áreas da educação, saúde, segurança pública e assistência social, de modo a aliar o conhecimento técnico à realidade das unidades administrativas.
Por meio da parceria, a CGE visa contribuir de forma mais efetiva para o aperfeiçoamento dos processos e fluxos das unidades administrativas, gerando economicidade, eficiência e transparência, além de atuar para o conhecimento e boas práticas de gestão para que os benefícios do trabalho alcancem todas as unidades das áreas envolvidas.
“Esse é um importante projeto conjunto para a mudança de cultura e melhoria de processos aqui no nosso Almoxarifado da SES-MG, aumentando a nossa eficiência no dia a dia. Hoje temos um trabalho com melhor qualidade sendo executado por nossos profissionais, graças a essa importante parceria”, destacou o secretário Fábio Baccheretti.
De acordo com Rodrigo Fontenelle, esta é uma forma diferente de atuação da CGE-MG, mais preventiva e mais próxima do gestor. “O objetivo aqui é trazer nossa visão de controle, de riscos, de melhoria de governança, para agregar ao trabalho da área finalística, que é quem realmente sabe fazer, a fim de aumentar a eficiência e, em última instância, melhorar ainda mais a entrega à população”, salientou o controlador-geral.
A superintendente de Infraestrutura, Logística e Contratações da SES-MG, Laíse Macedo, explicou as melhorias nos processos de compras e entregas do Almoxarifado da SES. Segundo ela, o processo de integração entre os diversos usuários internos do Almoxarifado tem sido importante. “É muito bom vermos o avanço da logística da SES, procurando ver no mercado o que existe de melhor em tecnologia e operação para transformarmos em benefício ao usuário, como, por exemplo, levar até ele o medicamento o mais rápido possível”, avalia, citando também a participação dos servidores em workshops para aperfeiçoar a aquisição, entrega e distribuição dos insumos.
O Almoxarifado da Secretaria de Estado de Saúde ocupa um galpão na região do Cincão, em Contagem, e é responsável pelo armazenamento de insumos, medicamentos e equipamentos distribuídos pela secretaria às 28 Unidades Regionais de Saúde do estado, com mais de dez mil posições de armazenamento, além de uma câmara fria.
Também estiveram presentes na visita a secretária Adjunta de Saúde, Poliana Lopes, e a chefe de Gabinete da SES-MG, Marina Cury, além de auditores e técnicos das duas pastas.
