Atividades do ‘Saúde em Movimento’ acontecem até sexta-feira e retornam em janeiro

O programa Saúde em Movimento vai entrar em recesso para as festividades de final de ano e, por isso, as atividades acontecem até esta sexta-feira (22). A iniciativa da Prefeitura de João Pessoa incentiva a prática de exercícios físicos, orientados por profissionais de educação física, em mais de 30 pontos da Capital, incluindo praças, academias de saúde e Unidades de Saúde da Família (USFs).
De acordo com o coordenador do Saúde em Movimento, Nicolas Travassos, as aulas retornam normalmente no dia 8 de janeiro. “Teremos essa pausa nas atividades, que é um momento de recesso para os profissionais, mas na segunda semana do ano já estaremos de volta, ofertando o serviço aos públicos de todos os pontos”, explicou.
Pela manhã, as atividades do Saúde em Movimento funcionam de segunda a sexta-feira, das 5h30 às 7h30. Já nos turnos da tarde e noite, as aulas acontecem de segunda a quinta-feira, das 17h às 19h. Atualmente, o programa conta com aproximadamente 3,5 mil participantes.
