Fiscalização interdita 2 adegas e notifica 4 bares em São José

Com a ajuda da população, que têm feito denúncias sobre perturbação do sossego, a Fiscalização de Posturas da Prefeitura de São José dos Campos está adotando medidas de controle mais rigorosas contra irregularidades cometidas por estabelecimentos.
Nesta terça-feira (19), foram interditadas duas adegas que estavam funcionando irregularmente na região leste da cidade, com o agravante de estarem violando as leis de perturbação do sossego da população após às 22h.
Do outro lado da cidade, na região sul, os fiscais vistoriaram 6 bares e constataram o uso irregular do passeio público, com mesas e cadeiras, em 4 estabelecimentos. Todos foram notificados pela Fiscalização e terão que se adequar nos próximos dias.
De janeiro a novembro, a Fiscalização já emitiu 101 autuações por perturbação do sossego e realizou 84 medições sonoras para avaliar o nível de ruído emitido por estabelecimentos e residências.

Operação Centro +Seguro
Desde o último dia 1º de dezembro, com início da Operação Centro +Seguro em parceria com as forças de segurança, na qual a fiscalização foi intensificada para combater o comércio ambulante irregular, os fiscais realizaram 12 intervenções e apreensões de diferentes tipos de produtos como balas, bombons, paçocas e sacos de lixo.
Além da região central, as apreensões também foram registradas na zona sul, principalmente nas áreas próximas aos centros de compras.
Em 2023, a prefeitura concedeu 52 novas licenças de ambulantes. O município conta com 380 vendedores devidamente autorizados a comercializar seus produtos em locais fixos na cidade.

Nova lei de fiscalização
Neste mês, a Câmara Municipal aprovou projeto de lei 444/2023, que atualiza as normas de Fiscalização de Posturas Municipais, revogando o Código Administrativo (lei 1.566/1970) e a lei 8.400/2011, que proibia a interdição de estabelecimentos comerciais nos fins de semana e feriados por falta de inscrição municipal.
A lei garante maior agilidade para as ações fiscais em atendimento às demandas da população referentes à perturbação do sossego, bem como sobre conservação e limpeza de terrenos e veículos abandonados em vias, descarte irregular de resíduos, além de manutenção e conservação de calçadas, guias e sarjetas.
