A Prefeitura de Cuiabá, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, publica nesta segunda-feira (18) a lista de classificação das solicitações de matrículas para estudantes novos na faixa etária de 0 a 3 anos e 11 meses.
Com a divulgação, os pais ou responsáveis com a situação classificado, devem procurar as unidades educacionais de inscrição para a entrega da documentação exigida, no período de 19 a 21/12/2023, no horário de atendimento. A efetivação da matrícula só ocorre após a comprovação de veracidade das informações cadastradas.
Deverão ser apresentados os seguintes documentos dos pais ou responsáveis (originais e cópias) Cadastro da Pessoa Física (CPF) e Carteira de Identidade Nacional (Registro Geral – RG) e os seguintes documentos das crianças, CPF, Certidão de Nascimento ou Partilha de Nascimento ou Protocolo de Refúgio (na ausência desse documento a Carteira Nacional de Registro Migratório (CNRM), Carteira de Vacinação atualizada, Laudo Médico no caso de criança com deficiência e, no caso de beneficiário do Programa Bolsa Família, cópia do extrato atualizado do último benefício recebido.
Também deve ser informado na unidade, contatos telefônicos válidos e variados, além de comprovante de endereço legível e recente.
As solicitações de matrícula que excederem o número de vagas disponíveis ficarão na Listagem Sequencial (aguardando vaga) e serão chamadas conforme a disponibilidade de vagas.
O atendimento das solicitações de matrículas para a faixa etária de 0 a 3 anos e 11 meses obedece além do número de vagas disponíveis, o Decreto 9.711, de julho deste ano, que dispõe sobre as diretrizes para a realização de matrículas em unidades que atendem crianças em idade de creche sendo prioridade do Município a oferta de vagas para as crianças com deficiência, as beneficiárias do Programa Bolsa Família e aquelas provenientes de famílias de baixa renda, nessa ordem. O desempate é feito de acordo com a distância da unidade educacional em relação à residência da criança.
Para o ano letivo de 2024, foram disponibilizados cerca de 4 mil vagas nas unidades de Creches, Centros Municipais de Educação Infantil (CMEI), Centros Educacionais Infantis Cuiabano (CEIC) e Centro Emergencial de Educação Infantil – CEEI Portal da Fé.
