Reunião prática avança no Plano Municipal de Redução de Riscos

Técnicos da Prefeitura de São José dos Campos participam na segunda-feira (11) do primeiro treinamento prático para atualização do Plano Municipal de Redução de Riscos em áreas sujeitas a deslizamentos, solapamento de margens e inundação. O encontro, coordenado pelo IPT (Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas), será realizado na região norte.
A parte teórica do curso de capacitação ocorreu na sexta-feira (8), no Paço Municipal. Participaram da atividade cerca de 50 pessoas, entre agentes da Defesa Civil e servidores das áreas de regularização fundiária e obras de infraestrutura.
Nesta semana, os profissionais do IPT também iniciaram as vistorias técnicas para a elaboração do plano. A equipe visitou os bairros Santa Cecília II (leste), Vila Sinhá e Vila Cândida, esses dois na região norte.
Vinculado ao Governo de São Paulo, o instituto foi contratado para executar o trabalho pelo valor de R$ 1,68 milhão. O prazo de conclusão é de 10 meses após a ordem de serviço.
Ainda será definido o cronograma das pesquisas de campo e visitas às casas para avaliação in loco. É importante que os moradores autorizem a entrada dos profissionais para a concretização do plano, que dará embasamento à continuidade do processo de regularização fundiária da cidade.
Entre as tarefas previstas no trabalho, estão o mapeamento das áreas de risco geológico-geotécnico e a indicação de possíveis intervenções nesses locais. O estudo inclui a análise de quatro sub-bacias que apresentam sérios problemas de inundação.
