Turma do Samsung Innovation Campus apresenta seus trabalhos no Campus Campinas – IFSP
Foram apresentados nove projetos de Python e IA desenvolvidos por alunos do Ensino Médio do IFSP e de outras escolas
Esta semana, mais uma turma, composta por alunos do IFSP e de escolas da região metropolitana de Campinas, se formou no curso da Samsung Innovation Campus (SIC), que é programa global de educação em Tecnologia da Informação e Comunicação da Samsung, realizado no Campus Campinas.
Ao total foram apresentados nove projetos de Python e IA desenvolvidos por alunos do Ensino Médio para os avaliadores da USP, Samsung e do LSITEC. Os projetos foram avaliados por uma banca externa composta por: Eduardo Conejo, Edmundo Macha Neto e Bárbara Galli (Samsung), Roseli de Deus Lopes (POLI/USP), Leandro Biazon, Rodrigo Suigh e Christian Oliveira (LSITEC).
O IFSP e o LSITEC firmaram, neste ano, um acordo de parceria para pesquisa, desenvolvimento e inovação, por meio da INOVA IFSP, viabilizando a aplicação de um curso tecnológico por ferramentas de STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering e Mathematics) a fim de desenvolver soluções tecnológicas, com o apoio da SAMSUNG.
Esta iniciativa conjunta vai além dos projetos tecnológicos apresentados, uma vez que os alunos tiveram módulos de empregabilidade no curso e assim os parceiros têm como meta futura dar uma formação mais completa para esses jovens na procura de um emprego na área de tecnologia.
Segundo o professor Edson Anício Duarte, que é o coordenador do projeto por parte do IFSP, “este é o 3° ano que estamos nessa parceria e conseguimos atender aos alunos dos IFSP e de outras escolas da região metropolitana de Campinas com essa ferramenta poderosa e capacitando ainda mais os estudantes”, conta.
