Curso de gestante do Hospital Municipal tem recorde de público

Cerca de 60 pessoas participaram da última edição deste ano do Curso de Gestante do Ambulatório da Mulher, no Hospital Municipal, nesta semana. O curso teve recorde de público.
Gestantes e acompanhantes participaram de palestras no Centro de Reabilitação Lucy Montoro com especialistas sobre temas importantes para a gravidez, parto e pós-parto.
Foram informações práticas sobre fisioterapia na gestação, cuidados com a alimentação, noções de direitos e deveres da mulher, práticas de parto, amamentação e cuidados com o Bebê.
Gildson Bernardo da Silva vai ter o sexto filho, o primeiro com a atual esposa, Janiscelis Teixeira dos Santos, e disse que se sentiu mais preparado do que nunca após fazer o Curso de Gestante com a esposa. “Aqui tiramos todas as dúvidas. Foi muito bom ter vindo”, disse ela.
O objetivo do curso é preparar gestante e acompanhante com informações importantes para o desenvolvimento do bebê e bem estar da mulher.
“As palestras foram dinâmicas, com dicas práticas. Também oferecemos um tour pelo Hospital Municipal, visitando a maternidade, o centro obstétrico e o alojamento conjunto, onde os bebês ficam o tempo todo com as mães”, afirmou Helen Faria, enfermeira responsável pelo Ambulatório da Mulher.
Juliane Vitória Lima Ribeiro vai ter o primeiro filho dentro de algumas semanas. O Curso do Hospital Municipal foi indicado para ela no pré-natal, na rede pública. “Já fiz outros, mas esse foi muito bom”, afirmou.
Daiana Cristina Oliveira vai ter o 4º filho e fez o Curso de Gestante pela primeira vez. “Antes ninguém ensinava essas coisas pra gente”, disse.
Ao final do curso, as gestantes receberam um kit bebê, com roupinhas de bebê, sapatinho e manta.
No Hospital Municipal, mantido pela Prefeitura de São José e gerenciado pela SPDM (Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina), nascem cerca de 500 bebês por mês.
