Na terça-feira (28), a Prefeitura de São José dos Campos recebeu representantes do Ministério Público do Paraná. Eles são integrantes do Gaema (Grupo de Atuação Especializada em Meio Ambiente, Habitação e Urbanismo) e vieram conhecer iniciativas desenvolvidas na primeira cidade inteligente, sustentável e resiliente do Brasil.
Composta por 5 integrantes – das regionais de Londrina, Foz do Iguaçu e Cascavel –, a comitiva foi recepcionada no Paço Municipal, onde assistiram apresentações e vídeos institucionais do município antes de partir para as visitas técnicas.
As atividades começaram pela Linha Verde, corredor sustentável onde circulam os VLPs 100% elétricos. No terminal sul, localizado no Campo dos Alemães, a equipe viu de perto a primeira biovaleta instalada na cidade.
Eles também tiveram contato com outros projetos relacionados à mobilidade urbana da cidade, como a zona azul virtual, o asfalto ecológico, a diretriz viária e as viaturas elétricas dos agentes de trânsito, que são equipadas com desfibriladores.

Tecnologia
No período da tarde, os visitantes foram até o PIT (Parque de Inovação Tecnológica) e conheceram iniciativas inovadoras, como o Observa, criado para fazer monitoramento com imagens de satélite de alta resolução para detectar alterações no território municipal. São José é o primeiro município do país a utilizar essa tecnologia para o controle ambiental.
A programação do dia terminou no CSI (Centro de Inteligência e Segurança), que monitora toda a cidade 24 horas por dia com mais de 1.200 câmeras de reconhecimento facial, leitura de placas e detecção de movimento de objetos e pessoas.
O CSI é referência nacional em monitoramento inteligente para aplicação em segurança, mobilidade, defesa civil, ação social e fiscalização de posturas. Desde abril de 2021, quando o centro passou a operar, as tecnologias auxiliaram na captura de mais de 200 foragidos e recuperação de cerca de 500 veículos.
“Nosso interesse por visitar São José partiu pela certificação de cidade inteligente, resiliente e sustentável”, afirmou o promotor de justiça Renato dos Santos Sant’Anna, coordenador regional do Gaema de Londrina. “Para nós, é muito valiosa essa troca de bons exemplos e políticas públicas que melhoram a vida da população, além de vislumbrar parcerias com o setor privado, graças ao PIT.”

A visita continua nesta quarta-feira (29), quando o grupo vai conhecer o parque linear do Santa Júlia, os PEVs e o aterro sanitário de São José dos Campos, operado pela Urbam, além de uma apresentação sobre o código de edificações sustentável.
